This Privacy Policy explains how Tek Systems LLC ("Tek Systems," "we," "us") handles information collected through the website at teksystemsllc.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only — it does not describe how we handle data belonging to managed IT clients, which is governed separately by each client's Managed Services Agreement.
What We Collect
The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message.
How We Use It
Contact form submissions are sent directly to Gabe Brown's business email (gabe@teksystemsllc.com) so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How It's Stored
Contact form submissions are not stored in a database on our end — they are delivered as an email. Standard email retention applies from that point forward (i.e., the message stays in our inbox like any other email).
Third-Party Infrastructure
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, and contact form emails are relayed through Cloudflare's email sending infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering the Site and handling that email relay, under its own privacy policy.
Your Choices
You can always reach us directly by phone or email instead of using the form — see the Contact section of the Site. If you'd like a prior submission deleted from our inbox, email gabe@teksystemsllc.com and we'll remove it.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
