These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at teksystemsllc.com (the "Site"), operated by Tek Systems LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Tek Systems," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Informational Use Only

The Site describes Tek Systems' managed IT services, including general pricing, for informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quote, or contract. Actual services are provided only under a separately executed Managed Services Agreement between Tek Systems and a client, which governs scope, pricing, and terms for that engagement.

Contact Form

The Site's contact form is provided so visitors can reach us with questions or service inquiries. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, engage any services, or obligate either party until a separate agreement is signed.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Pricing and service details are subject to change without notice to the Site; the current rate card and any signed Managed Services Agreement control for actual engagements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tek Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, and branding are owned by Tek Systems LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-Party Services

The Site is hosted and its contact form processed using Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare's own terms and privacy practices govern its handling of underlying infrastructure data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Comal County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
